My real estate vision was - buy an asset which will be both home and investment.

Common wisdom naysayers protested- choose one or the other - and a single neighborhood.

But when I referred back to my own internal logic, I could not justify abandoning my vision. Mine was a different process.

I saw many properties in many cities.  In a way, that was hard.

But my vision was also a lens and a torchlight- the moment I saw the property, I knew it was for me. A hard decision became easy. 

 

This approach does not bring the lowest hanging fruit, but it can yield the lowest hanging fruit that is most delicious to you.
